1. Tashkent International Airport - Hotels
Participants will be accompanied by airport volunteers from the arrival hall at the airport to the buses. Bus services will be arranged for all Annual Meeting participants. Bus routes schemes
Buses will have a sign showing the Annual Meeting logo and the names of the hotels they go to. The bus service will be provided to the "official" hotels.

A 24-hour transport dispatcher will be available at the Tashkent International Airport.

2. Hotel - meeting venues - Hotel
Shuttle buses will be provided for all the participants from the official hotels to the meeting venues for the period from the beginning till the end of sessions.
The shuttle bus schedule will be posted in a prominent place in each hotel and at the meeting venues.

3. Meeting venue - Meeting venue
In case of need, shuttle buses between meeting venues will be organized.

4. Transport to Social Events
Transportation will be arranged for all participants from hotels and meeting venues to the official social events and back to the hotels.

5. Hotel - Tashkent International Airport
After determining the session participants’ departure date and time, schedules of shuttle buses to the airport (Hotel - Airport) will be posted in each hotel.
Departure of buses to the airport will be controlled by the transport dispatching service.
