Established in 1992 on the base of the Exhibition of the National Economics’ Achievements of the Republic, which existed since 1964, the “Uzexpocentre” National Exhibition Company keeps step with the times and every day becomes more attractive and multifunctional.
Total Area of Uzexpocentre - 48 hectares.
Uzexpocentre consists of four exhibition pavilions, “Aqua Park”, the Rope Way, and “Tashkentland” Amusements, which includes rides, a park, a Japanese garden, and four restaurants. The “expo” hotel and International Trade Centre (ITC) are situated near the Uzexpocentre.
The exhibition halls with area ranging from 1000 m2 to 3000m2, and modern exhibition equipment could accommodate any kind of exhibitions in the pavilions of the Uzexpocentre.
A newly constructed pavilion, N2, connected with the already existing central pavilion, was put into operation in 2007. The area of the pavilion N2 measures 3052m2. The total exposition area of the “Uzexpocentre” is 11944 m2.
Over 40 exhibitions are held annually at the Uzexpocentre. Among them, expositions showing products and technologies of enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan: “Expo.Uz” - Made in Uzbekistan; the Fair of Innovations; the Interbranch Cooperating Exchange; “BestSoft,” a national exhibition of software products; “ICTExpo,” a national exhibition of informational technologies; the Uzbek International Cotton Fair; the Uzbek International Textile Fair; and exhibitions from a range of foreign countries as well. Exhibitions from the People’s Republic of China, the Czech Republic, India, Iran, Italy, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, and other countries took place at the Uzexpocentre.
International Trade Center
The International Trade Center and the conference hall (with seating capacity of 500 people) in the central pavilion of the Uzexpocentre is equipped with modern communication tools that enable you to hold events of various scales and natures:

• Presentations
• Special actions
There is a beautiful park, an old architectural landscape monument of the city, spreading between the lake and the quay of river at the Uzexpocentre.
Shady avenues adjoining the exhibition hall are furnished with comfortable benches. There is an old lake, various rides in a children’s amusement park, a number of different pools and the water-mountains of “Aqua Park.” These make the old park a popular place in the city. People of various ages, from the youngest ones, together with parents, other schoolchildren, and elder people visit it. The park became a place of one must visit upon coming to the capital of Uzbekistan.
There is also an “expo” hotel, along with an array of cafes and restaurants for Uzexpocentre visitors.
Japanese GardenThe Japanese garden in Tashkent was built in 2001, on the basis of an initiative between the Embassy of Japan in Uzbekistan and the Ministry for Foreign Economic Relations, Investment, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan within the Uzexpocentre. The Japanese garden is organically integrated with the natural and climatic environment of city.
The Japanese garden in Tashkent, like all Japanese gardens, contains a philosophical-ethical concept of the universe in miniature, and has an ennobling effect upon world of the human soul via the beauty of nature. Here, natural beauty is skillfully emphasized by the artistic-expressive means of Japanese landscape art. The Japanese garden became a venue of various cultural events as well.
