Monument of Courage was erected in April 1976 and dedicated to the courage of those who withstood the disastrous earthquake of 1966. A bronze sculpture depicts a man protecting his family symbolizing the courage of Uzbek people.

Complex of Hazrati Imam is one of the ancient religious squares of the city. There are several monuments in the square: Mausoleum of Kaffal-Shashi and Madrasah of “Barak-khan”(XVI c.), Mosque “Namazgoh” (XVIII-XIX cc.), the “Tilla Sheikh” mosque (XIX c.), and the Museum of the Holy Koran (2007).

Alayskiy Bazaar (Oriental Market place). The history of Alayskiy Bazaar is connected with the time when the Great Silk Road passed through the territory of Central Asia.
